Acupuncture

Acupuncture entails stimulating certain points on the body, most often with a needle penetrating the skin, to alleviate pain or to help treat various health conditions.

Chiropractic

The main form of treatment chiropractors deliver is called an adjustment – a non-invasive procedure consisting of a precise directed movement to help relieve pain and discomfort, and restore range of motion.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being.

People seek massage therapy for a variety of reasons – to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness.

Dr. Caitlyn Charteris completed her undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours at the University of Saskatchewan. She went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
